After receiving your order, you will receive the goods and an invoice at the address you have provided.
In some cases (new customers), advance payment may be required.
An advance deposit may be required for large orders.
Shipping and packaging costs are charged in addition.
For "letter" shipments within Switzerland, the flat rate is CHF 5.- per shipment including shipping and packaging.
For parcels within Switzerland, the flat rate is CHF 12.- per shipment including shipping and packaging (with signature).
For shipments abroad, the costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the chosen shipping method.
Price or exchange rate changes (CHF/EUR) may occur at any time without prior notice.
The reference currency for all transactions is the Swiss franc (CHF).
For international shipments, all customs fees (clearance, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders placed by mistake can be cancelled within 24 hours. After this period, only MARGAUDTRAINS may decide whether or not to cancel an order at the customer's request. The request must be sent to the e-mail: info@margaudtrains.com
If the cancellation of the order is refused by MARGAUDTRAINS, the customer is obliged to accept and pay for the ordered goods.
Shipping of goods is generally possible within Europe and subject to conditions in other countries worldwide.
Any complaints must be made within 10 days of receiving the goods. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
